Inspection Standard: Factory Internal Standard, ISO General Plastic Board Inspection Specification, Customer Custom Requirements
Inspection Purpose: Verify the appearance, dimension, physical performance, processing property and packaging quality of PVC foam boards to ensure compliance with production standards and customer delivery requirements
Sampling Rule: Random sampling according to AQL 2.5 inspection level; full inspection for special customized orders
Inspection Result Judgment: PASS / FAIL / PENDING (to be confirmed)

2. Visual Appearance Inspection (Full Visual Check)
Inspection Condition: Natural light or 40W uniform light source, inspection distance 50-100cm, no visual obstruction
