1. Cabinet Hinges
- Type: Full overlay / half overlay soft-close concealed hinges, 6-way adjustable (up/down, left/right, depth).
- Material: Heavy-gauge cold-rolled steel, corrosion-resistant finish (nickel-plated / stainless steel).
- Function: Silent soft-close, no slamming; self-closing function for doors.
- Cycle test: Minimum 25,000 open/close cycles without failure.
- Quantity: Standard 2 hinges per regular door; 3 hinges for tall/over-sized doors.
2. Drawer Slides
- Type: Full-extension slides, soft-close + touch-close optional.
- Load capacity: Rated for minimum 150 lbs (68 kg) static load.
- Material: Steel construction, anti-rust coating.
- Operation: Smooth glide, no wobble, binding or noise; full drawer access when open.
- Cycle test: Minimum 25,000 cycles with no looseness or malfunction.
3. Drawer Pulls & Knobs
- Material: Solid metal (zinc alloy, brass, stainless steel); hollow thin metal is prohibited.
- Mounting: Reinforced screw holes, solid mounting bases; no loose fitting.
- Finish: Uniform coating, scratch & tarnish resistant, no burrs or sharp edges.
4. Shelf Supports
- Type: Heavy-duty metal peg-style supports.
- Load rating: Minimum 15 lbs per sq ft uniform shelf load (per ANSI/KCMA).
- Features: Firm lock, no slipping; evenly spaced for stable support.
5. Auxiliary Hardware
- Door Dampers: Integrated soft-close dampers (no add-on aftermarket parts).
- Mounting Screws & Fasteners: Zinc-plated / stainless steel wood screws; fully seated, no stripped heads.
- Wall Mount Brackets: Heavy-gauge steel brackets, meet ANSI wall cabinet load requirements (600 lbs mounting resistance).
