The cutting machine is used for automatic cutting, punching, grooving, and pushing. The fully automatic edge banding machine achieves linear edge banding, the side hole machine achieves side punching and grooving, and the laminating machine achieves adsorption in the processing process.

In the selection of mechanical equipment, different levels of equipment also differ in quality control and efficiency.
(1) The CNC panel furniture cutting machine, combined with professional cutting software, can complete three processes: drilling vertical holes, slotting, and cutting materials.
There are currently several types of cutting machines: multi process CNC cutting machines can make both door frames and cabinet doors, but cannot achieve composite processes;
The straight cutting machine can not only perform cutting operations on the cabinet, but also process flat doors, carved and molded doors, as well as milling and cutting solid wood;
The heavy-duty cutting machine body is stable and has high processing accuracy, suitable for high-speed cutting of cabinets.
Intelligent cutting function with fully automatic electronic cutting saw, computer control, human-machine integration operation, precise cutting of required boards. At present, there are EVA/PUR edge banding machines and laser edge banding machines for fully automatic edge banding. Most custom home manufacturers use EVA edge banding machines, and PUR edge banding machines are gradually becoming popular; Laser edge banding machines are expensive and are mostly used for imported sheet metal.
(3) Punching is the core part of customized wardrobes, and punching machines are also different.
Although CNC cutting machines can also achieve drilling, with the continuous updating and upgrading of CNC equipment for panel furniture, CNC six sided drills are increasingly attracting the attention and favor of panel furniture manufacturers. CNC six sided drills can solve the drilling process of six sides of the board and the slotting of the upper and lower sides at once. Not only is the operation simple, the speed is fast, and the accuracy is also high, Collaborating with CNC cutting machines or electronic panel saws in the previous stage can achieve high-yield production methods.
The most popular side hole machine currently is the infrared laser side hole machine, which does not require any software support. It has automatic infrared sensing and can quickly achieve blind tapping. It is a good helper for making panel furniture, overall wardrobes, and customized cabinets. The infrared laser side hole machine is divided into single head and double head, and the double head can be used to make popular invisible parts nowadays.
(4) Vacuum laminating machine, also known as vacuum suction molding machine, is mainly suitable for covering the surfaces of various materials such as cabinet door panels, wooden doors, sliding doors, soft packaging decorative leather, and covering PVC, wood veneer, decorative paper on all sides. It can apply various PVC films to various panel furniture such as furniture, cabinets, process doors, decorative wall skirts, and can be used for heat transfer printing film and single-sided wood veneer pasting after adding silicone panels.
(5) From the perspective of intelligent sorting and efficiency in the packaging process, the adoption of intelligent equipment and efficient sorting and packaging systems is currently a trend in the industry.
