Quality Supervision and Random Inspection Results of Impregnated Film Paper Decorated Wood based Panel in November 2022
Results of spot check on quality supervision of impregnated film paper faced wood-based panel products in November 2022. This time, 10 batches of impregnated film paper faced wood-based panel products were spot checked, and all of them were qualified after inspection.
According to the requirements of GB 18580-2017 Indoor Decoration Materials – Limits of Formaldehyde Emission from Wood based Panels and Their Products, GB/T 34722-2017 Impregnated Film Paper Decorated Plywood and Blockboard, and GB/T 15102-2017 Impregnated Film Paper Decorated Fiberboard and Particleboard, this spot check is conducted to determine the water content, immersion peeling, surface bonding strength, transverse static bending strength, surface resistance to cigarette burning, surface resistance to scratches, surface resistance to dry heat, surface resistance to abrasion 14 items, including surface resistance to pollution and corrosion, surface resistance to cracking, formaldehyde emission, surface resistance to cold and hot cycles, surface resistance to water vapor, and internal bonding strength, were inspected.
