When we deliver materials to your worksite, we take important moisture measurements. We measure moisture in the wood being delivered and your customer’s subfloor, plus the relative humidity and temperature of the installation room.You’ll get all of the measurements that we take, and if any of them come back too high or low, we’ll call you to let you know, and help you troubleshoot the situation.
