THE FLOOR INSPECTION PROCESS
- Initial phone interview with the client
- Concerns are discussed such as testing activities, fees and contractual agreements
- An appointment is set to meet and conduct the inspection
- An independent inspection normally consists of a two hour on-site examination of the flooring concerns and problems. Most of the job site testing, measuring, examination and evaluation will happen at this time
- Flooring Inspection Report is completed
- The final stage is to engage in a thorough review of the preliminary report
- Finished documents and job site photos are delivered to the client
