Price always depends on the type of flooring, square footage of the installation and the nature of concern. Each flooring situation is different and can provide it’s own set of challenges.

We’re certified to inspect all types of flooring including Luxury Vinyl Tile and Plank, Hardwood, Laminate, Carpet, Ceramic Tile and Natural Stone.
How long is the flooring inspection process and what happens after the inspection?
Typically, most residential inspections take anywhere from 3 to 5 hours. After the on-site inspection, the report writing process begins. The turnaround time for receiving your written report is usually 1 to 2 business days.
