On Monday of this week , the Canadian Engineered Hardwood flooring importer sent us feedback on the quality of the flooring: the color finally perfectly matched.
A Canadian importer customer confirmed two container Engineered Hardwood flooring trial orders at a flooring factory in Vietnam in December last year. Due to various discordant errors in sample confirmation, the customer approached our Vietnamese quality control team at the end of February,2024 . After a week of communication and on-site production quality guidance and coordination, the Engineered Hardwood flooring samples were finally sent to the Canadian floor importer in mid March. Now the Canadian customer has sent a quality confirmation letter requesting the factory to produce according to the samples and entrusting our Vietnamese floor quality control team to carry out quality control and quality inspection to ensure that each quality link is guaranteed.
