plywoodinspection.com offers two types of report –

Basic reports

Our basic arbitration reports suit most cases. The quality of the inspection on our basic report is no different to the quality of the inspection carried out on our advanced report. The basic report documents the reason why the floorcovering has failed, which is all that is required in most circumstances. The report will be issued to whoever has instructed ourselves to undertake the report of faults found.

Advanced reports

Our advanced report is required when a case will be going to court. The report is known as a CPR35 . This report is written in a different format and our assessor may also be required to attend court with the client. This report is not required in most cases of a dispute.
