MANTHEI VENEER OBTAINS CARB CERTIFICATION, IS NOW TSCA COMPLIANT

HPVA Laboratories®has awarded CARB Certification for Formaldehyde Emissions to the Manthei Veneer (d.b.a Techniply, d.b.a Plankwise) hardwood plywood manufacturing facility in Petoskey, MI. Manthei’s hardwood plywood products are certified to meet all requirements established in the CARB 93120 Airborne Toxic Control Measure to Reduce Formaldehyde Emissions from Composite Wood Products and may now label their panels with HPVA Labs’ TPC number (TPC-008). Manthei Veneer is also compliant with EPA’s TSCA Title VI 40 CFR Part 770 Formaldehyde Emission Standards for Composite Wood Products regulation.

Manthei Veneer is owned and operated by the second and third generations of the Manthei family, which provides experience along with creative thinking in forging new paths while continually improving on existing ones.
