On December 3, 2022, the quality of bamboo and wood flooring products was monitored and spot checked. This time, 29 batches of products were sampled and inspected, and 2 batches were unqualified.

According to the requirements of GB 18580-2017 Formaldehyde Emission from Wood based Panels and Their Products as Interior Decoration Materials, GB/T 20240-2017 Bamboo Laminated Flooring, GB/T 18103-2013 Solid Wood Composite Flooring, GB/T 15036.1-2009 Solid Wood Flooring Part I: Technical Requirements, GB/T 18102-2007 Impregnated Paper Laminated Wood Flooring and other standards, the following items were inspected: surface bonding strength, surface impact resistance Surface abrasion resistance, surface corrosion resistance, surface paint film adhesion, modulus of elasticity, moisture content, formaldehyde release, immersion stripping.

The main unqualified items involved in this spot check are: surface wear resistance. The surface abrasion resistance is unqualified, and the floor is easy to be scratched during use, which affects the beauty and service life of the product
