Random inspection of MDF product quality supervision and common quality defects
Common spot checks are carried out according to the requirements of such standards as Medium Density Fiberboard (GB/T 11718-2009) and Indoor Decoration Materials – Wood based Panels and Their Products – Limits for Formaldehyde Release (GB 18580-2017). The water absorption thickness expansion rate, static bending strength, internal bonding strength, surface bonding strength, formaldehyde release and other items of MDF products are inspected.
